Please Wear Masks When Visiting Us

We appreciate the health and safety of our entire Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center community, and for that reason we will be requiring that all patients who visit our facilities for exams and surgeries wear a face mask the entire duration of their visit.

The mask can be any face covering you have available to you.  Masks are recommended by the health authorities as an important precaution that protects you but also those around you.

Our entire staff will be wearing masks as well.

Importantly, please not that in order to maintain limited presence in our facilities we ask that only you as the patient come in to the building.  Others, including a driver, may wait outside until the exam is complete.  After patients check in, they have the opportunity to also return to their car if we can call them back in on a mobile phone. Please call us in advance if you feel you have a special circumstance.

As always during the cold and flu season that we are now in, we ask that you reschedule any appointment if you feel ill, have experienced a fever within the last 24 hours or are concerned that you may have been exposed to someone with these symptoms. We will be asking screening questions as patients arrive.

It is important that you know we are continuing to monitor COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and will follow our usual OSHA guidelines for infection control. We are closely following the Center for Disease Control's recommendations as we learn more about the Coronavirus.  We have increased our strong disinfection protocol and maintaining deep cleaning standards.

You are like family to us, and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you soon!
