Donate a Case of Water to Enter Valuable Raffles

 It is that time again!  We want to help our community as the heat turns up, and we are once again collecting cases of water bottles to support the efforts of the Salvation Army to hydrate those most in need during the summer months.

 Donate one case of water, and enter our summer raffle for valuable prizes we will be drawing, including Obagi medical grade products, injectables like Botox & soft-tissue filler! Just make sure you fill out a raffle form and place it in our raffle boxes as you drop off the water donations. We will contact raffle winners by the first week of August, using the information you provide on the raffle forms.

We will be collecting the water donations through the month of July, at our offices during business hours at:

19052 N. RH Johnson Blvd., Sun City West

10701 West Bell Road, Sun City

 We will be collecting the water right inside the front doors. We do ask that you kindly wear a mask while in the building as we work to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for all of our patients and team members. Thank you for your generous support!
