MS. STEPHANIE MORLOCK: I think our personality as a staff is that we all like each other. So, we're happy to come to work. We get to see each other daily. Dr. Justo is very involved with us on a personal level as well. You know, it's fun, and we enjoy working with each other, and the patients see that too.
I think patients like the most that we care for them, and we hold their hand through whatever they're going through, whatever procedure it is they're having done. We educate them. They love that we take an interest in their procedures and what they're doing. I think, because all of us have been here for five or more years and that we have seen each other grow. Myself, I've been here 11 years. And the patients like seeing the same faces every time they come in the door. They're thrilled, and we can talk about their children and our children and things going on in our lives from year to year. And patients like that because they feel it's a family more than a medical practice.
It makes me feel great that I know the patients are being cared for in a genuine way, that they are not just a number or just a chart, that we're taking their vision and their health to heart, and that we really want to do. We don't leave at night until we've answered every last call that a patient has, because we treat them as a family. We don't want them to have a question that's unanswered. And it just makes me feel good that we care, we really care about them.
