Recently, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey issued an Executive Order that lifted the state-wide mandate for masks. The order asked businesses to continue to follow CDC guidelines to continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  While we respect everyone’s personal choices surrounding this matter, the nature of our work with our patients require that we work in close proximity of each other and therefore we believe it is in the best interest of our business to continue wearing masks until further notice.  We will revisit this policy once we have more time and information to evaluate the impact the executive order has on our industry and community.  In the meantime, we respectfully ask that while you are providing us the privilege of caring for you and your loved ones, that you please respect our mask policy. Masks are required on every individual in the building, covering the mouth and nose.
We understand that this has been a trying time for all involved, and we are all ready to get back to normal as soon as possible. We are working hard to create processes that will allow us to do so shortly. We are confident that within a short time, if we can all work together, we will return to normal. We are very excited to see your smiling faces again, soon.

Is Permanent Make Up for You? By Emilio Justo on September 09, 2014

Imagine waking up one morning. Your eyes peel open, and you hear the sounds and smells of your morning tradition - maybe your spouse is making coffee. You hear the silly laughter as your kids or grandkids rise; a morning news show reports the day's weather.

Imagine that you could skip one morning tradition - the one that entails applying your make up to ensure your brows and your eyes look just right; the quest of applying the perfect shade of lipstick in hopes it would last on your lips, and avoid smearing on your teeth.

Imagine, just imagine - that you already looked perfect the moment your head lifted off your pillow.

I have had the joy of working with hundreds of women over the more than decade that I have mastered permanent make up here at Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center.

And each woman I work with is a joy. I see in their eyes all of those moments saved, moments they can now spend creating precious new memories with family. Or sleeping in. Moments they own, just as they own their beauty.

Permanent make up is an art, and here at Arizona Eye Institute I work with your natural beauty and taste to create perfect eyebrows that look as natural as your own. I help you select the perfect shade of eyeliner, or lipstick.

Using a natural hair-stroke technique I create beautiful permanent makeup of the eyebrows, and gentle, soft eyeliner to give that natural appearance. For those who like to have their lips accentuated, there is nothing comparable to having full lip color using permanent makeup artistry.

I focus on three areas with your make up: permanent eyeliner, permanent eyebrows, and lip color. For flawless, more youthful or glowing skin, I offer several other nonsurgical products and services.

I encourage you to call our Sun City West office for a complimentary consultation if you would like to learn more about your options with permanent make up. Also please visit our website to learn more about permanent makeup.
