Young Mom Erases that 'Tired Look'
Paola Robles was not tired.
The 32-year-old mom was, however, drained from hearing the comment: "You look tired." Droopy eyelids were genetic.
“I would keep my hair in my face as a distraction from what I would see every morning in the mirror," she said. "I avoided photos. I always heard from my coworkers that I looked 'cute,' but always tired. I was not tired."
A banker with experience in financial planning and strategy, she did her research and visited several surgeons until she met Emilio M. Justo, M.D.
"It was a drive, but one I was willing to make. The moment I first stepped in to the Arizona Eye Institute, I just knew it was the right place for me," she said. A New Year's Vision
Like many people, Ara Mayian was apprehensive about the idea of outpatient laser refractive cataract surgery. But his alternative was a blurry future.
Since having the surgery performed by Dr. Emilio M. Justo, he starts his new year with new vision.
