Grand Re-opening of Sun City Office
Sun City, AZ - Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center is proud to announce the grand re-opening of its Sun City, AZ office at 10701 West Bell Road. To commemorate this occasion, the practice will host a party on Friday, March 22nd from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. The celebration is free and open to the public.
“I encourage you to come and enjoy the festivities and the beautifully updated office,” said practice founder and Medical Director Dr. Emilio Justo. “We will have food, tours of our beautiful new office, and information available about our services, as well as some other valuable surprises we will announce soon on our Facebook page.”
The grand re-opening event will give visitors a chance to meet Dr. Justo, tour the new facility, win raffle prizes, and meet other members of the team.

Introducing Dr. Manuel Zambrano

The latest addition to Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center’s team, Dr. Zambrano is a skilled optometrist and a veteran who has used his experience to develop programs with Wounded Warriors that address the vision needs of America’s service members.
“I am thrilled to gain him as a doctor and as a friend, and I know you will be as well,” said Dr. Justo.
Dr. Zambrano will join Dr. Justo and Director of Optometry Dr. Eugene Shifrin. Together, they will provide the community with positive, effective, patient-centered care.

A 30-year Commitment to the Community
The grand re-opening of the Sun City office is just the latest celebration by Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center. In February of this year, the practice celebrated its 30th anniversary serving the greater Phoenix area. Dr. Justo was just 27 years old when he arrived in the community and started his practice. He has been dedicated to the community ever since.
Over the decades, the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center has grown, and now serves patients who come from throughout the Phoenix region and beyond. The practice boasts three locations in Sun City, Sun City West, and Wickenburg.
