Your Cataract Surgery Experience
A full examination and consultation are the first steps of your treatment at our state-of-the-art facility. Pre-operative counseling with our technicians allow cataract patients to go into surgery with a deeper understanding of their condition and the treatment we will provide.
Using the state-of-the-art ORA system™, Dr. Justo can provide an optimal cataract surgery experience. Used to choose, confirm, and revise implants in 80% of our patients, the use of ORA technology during the procedure helps align toric implants at the time of surgery to manage astigmatism.
Once your cataract surgery is complete and your intraocular lens (IOL) is in place, Dr. Justo will carefully assess the positioning of your IOL to ensure that it is the best choice for your needs. Using the ORA system™, we can provide impeccably accurate treatment to eliminate the need for revision.
There are typically three types of eye drops that can be prescribed after cataract surgery: one antibiotic and two anti-inflammatory. In using these drops twice a day for up to three weeks, you will reduce your risk for infection and optimize your result.
