Enjoying Eyelid Surgery Benefits

BUNNY: My name is Bunny Peterson and I came to Dr. Justo back in 2007 to see if he could do anything about my eyelids. I felt like they were getting lower and lower. And, so I asked for his help. I really wanted a doctor who would not try to make me into a teenager, but just pick up some of the slack that age had provided to my face. I felt like it made me look older than I felt. I felt that seeing my sister after she had Dr. Justo perform the same procedure on her, she didn’t look like she had that tight ponytail look. I wanted something natural so I chose Dr. Justo to do that procedure. After I had the procedure, I really didn’t have any discomfort. I anticipated – I am a nurse – so I knew a little bit of what to expect when you had a medical procedure. But I was very pleased with the fact that everything was very clean. I was watching closely and the staff was very professional and yet we had a good time too. I had minimal discomfort. I didn’t have to take any medication following the procedure and I was very happy with the results. You know I got back to everyday activities very quickly. Even though I did have stitches in my eyelids for awhile, I was not uncomfortable. And, so I stayed at home more because I felt that I might frighten people until those sutures came out. But, I felt very good. Following the procedure, I then went ahead and permanent eyeliner applied and permanent lip color. And especially the eyeliner, in conjunction with the eyelid surgery, has really made my mornings easy. It’s also made me not feel like a troll when I get up in the morning and I’m all one color. Just having that little bit of color on my eyes helps. And then not looking so tired has been just a real pleasure for me. I would gladly recommend Dr. Justo again.
