[00:00:09.200] The most enjoyable part for me [00:00:10.440] is actually getting to know a little bit about each person. [00:00:15.400] It's pretty neat when a patient comes in either months later or a year later [00:00:21.000] and we're able to have a little bit of a conversation [00:00:24.160] about some of those things that are happening in their lives. [00:00:26.920] Just the personal part of it is something that I really enjoy. [00:00:31.600] It's something that I didn't get to do working in a laboratory, [00:00:35.080] and I wanted to work with people. [00:00:37.560] Every patient that comes in has individual needs. [00:00:40.600] Those different needs is just something that I think [00:00:44.720] we try to address individually and specifically [00:00:48.480] so that people feel like they got the most out of their experience and their visit. [00:00:53.000] The doctors that are here, they have made me want to come back [00:00:57.880] for the four years that I've been going here.
